【摘要】 目的 掌握德昌縣艾滋病流行趨勢，為制訂防控措施提供準確依據。 方法 利用描述流行病學方法分析德昌縣1995年以來艾滋病疫情資料。 結果 自1995年德昌縣報告首例艾滋病感染者至2011年8月共報告艾滋病感染者/患者262例，年均報告發病率18.95/10萬，2008年-2010年報告發病率呈快速增長趨勢；男性年均發病率26.57/10萬，女性11.05/10萬，差異有統計學意義（χ2=43.94，P=0.002），男女性別比為2.49︰1；年齡分布以20~45歲和55~75歲高發為特征，兩個年齡段合計占病例報告總數93.49%；農民、不詳2項職業的艾滋病病例數占全部病例的82.4%，職業高峰明顯；異性傳播及注射毒品是德昌縣艾滋病的主要傳播途徑，分別占病例總數的64.89%、32.82%。異性傳播中有29例為夫妻間家庭式感染病例，另外還有3例為母嬰傳播病例。 結論 德昌縣艾滋病疫情快速增長，形勢嚴峻，須加強艾滋病防治知識宣傳，提高全民預防艾滋病的意識；各部門互相合作，對娛樂場所進行監管；加強對流動人口的管理；進一步完善咨詢檢測網絡，提高艾滋病的發現率，以有效控制艾滋病的蔓延。【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemiological trend of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) in Dechang County so as to provide a scientific base for prevention and control of AIDS. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the AIDS epidemic data in Dechang county. Results From 1995 when the first case of HIV infection was confirmed to August 2011, a total of 262 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported with a total infection rate of 18.95/100 000. From 2008 to 2010, the reported infections showed rapid growth. The annual infection rate of male was 26.57/100 000 and female 11.05/100 000 with a significant difference (χ2＝43.94, P＝0.002). The ratio of male to female infections was 2.49∶1. Most of the AIDS cases were young adults aged between 20 and 45 years and old people aged between 55 and 75 years old who occupied 93.49% of the total infectious cases. The number of reported AIDS cases of farmer and unknown occupations accounted for 82.4% and there was an obvious occupations peak. Most patients in the county were infected by heterosexual sexual contact and injecting drugs, which accounted for 64.89% and 32.82% of the total respectively. The AIDS cases of 29 infected couples and 3 mother-to-child transmission. Conclusions AIDS epidemic growth is rapid in Dechang county with the situation being quite grim. We should enhance the AIDS prevention propaganda in the publicity, to raise national awareness of AIDS prevention. The related departments should cooperate to regulate the illegal entertainment and strengthen the management of migrant workers. The counseling and testing network should be improved so as to raise the detection rate and control the spread of AIDS.
目的系統評價中國老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的患病率。方法計算機檢索 PubMed、EMbase、CENTRAL、CINAHL、CBM、CNKI、WanFang Data 和 VIP 數據庫，收集有關中國老年性皮膚瘙癢癥患病率的橫斷面研究，檢索時限均為建庫至 2019 年 5 月。由 2 名研究者獨立篩選文獻、提取資料并評價納入研究的偏倚風險后，采用 Stata 12.0 軟件進行 Meta 分析。結果共納入 11 個研究，包括 13 398 例患者。Meta 分析結果顯示：中國老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的總患病率為 31.0%［95%CI（18.0%，44.0%）］。亞組分析結果顯示：男性患病率為 34.9%［95%CI（18.6%，88.5%）］；60、70、80、90 歲組老年性皮膚瘙癢癥的患病率分別為 20.0%［95%CI（14.2%，25.7%）］、48.4%［95%CI（21.5%，75.3%）］、53%［95%CI（12.4%，93.5%）］、58.5%［95%CI（22.4%，94.6%）］；社區、醫院、干休所組老年性皮膚瘙癢癥患病率分別為 33.4%［95%CI（31.3%，35.6%）］、40.4%［95%CI（22%，58.7%）］、14.4%［95%CI（1.1%，27.7%）］；南方、北方地區老年性皮膚瘙癢癥患病率分別為 26.7%［95%CI（18.7%，34.7%）］、36.8%［95%CI（21.8%，51.7%）］。結論我國老年性皮膚瘙癢癥患病率較高，但不同年齡、地區、研究場所人群患病率存在差異。
目的 分析成都市龍泉驛區常住居民血脂異常影響因素，為血脂異常防控提供依據。方法 2021 年 11 月—2022 年 2 月采用方便抽樣法選取成都市龍泉驛區常住居民進行調查。分析人群血脂異常患病率，并采用單因素和多因素 logistic 回歸分析其血脂異常高危因素。結果 共納入 11 408 人。其中，3650 人血脂異常，血脂異常患病率為 32.00%（3 650/11 408）；高總膽固醇、高甘油三酯、高低密度脂蛋白膽固醇及低高密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥患病率分別為 19.30%（2 202/11 408）、13.38%（1 526/11 408）、5.05%（576/11 408）、0.73%（83/11 408）。多因素 logistic 回歸分析結果顯示，女性、年齡≥30 歲、飲酒、超重/肥胖、高血壓、糖尿病及高尿酸血癥是常住居民血脂異常的高危因素（P<0.05）。結論 成都市龍泉驛區常住居民血脂異常患病率較高，以高總膽固醇和高甘油三酯為主，性別、年齡、飲酒、體質量指數，以及血壓、血糖和血尿酸水平是血脂異常的影響因素。應針對血脂異常患病高危人群及早干預，以有效降低血脂異常患病風險。
