R軟件是一款免費使用且功能強大的統計軟件，常用的Meta分析程序包有Metafor、Meta、Rmeta等。Metafor程序包可以方便地進行Meta分析，包括二分類及連續性變量的Meta分析、Meta回歸、累積Meta分析及對發表偏倚的Begg’s檢驗和Egger’s檢驗等，以及繪制森林圖、漏斗圖、星狀圖、拉貝圖、Q-Q 正態分位圖等圖形。此外，Metafor程序包是R軟件Meta分析程序包中唯一可以進行混合效應模型（包括單個、多個分類或連續性變量）擬合運算的，還可以檢驗模型系數并獲得可信區間。本文結合實例對應用Metafor程序包進行Meta分析的具體操作方法進行詳細介紹。
