黃葵膠囊治療IgA腎病療效和安全性的系統評價_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　系統評價黃葵膠囊治療IgA腎病的有效性及安全性。
方法　計算機檢索CENTRAL（2011年12月）、MEDLINE（1996年～2011年12月）、EMbase（2011年12月）、PubMed、CBM、WanFang Data和CNKI中關于黃葵膠囊治療IgA腎病的隨機和半隨機對照試驗，并手工檢索相關雜志，追溯相關研究及納入文獻的參考文獻。由2位評價者根據納入和排除標準獨立選擇文獻、提取資料和進行方法學質量評價，然后采用RevMan 5.07軟件進行Meta分析。
結果　共納入5個RCT。Meta分析結果顯示：黃葵膠囊在減少IgA腎病患者尿蛋白，提高IgA腎病療效方面優于對照組（P lt;0.05），但在改善腎功能、改善血尿、降血脂等方面與對照組差異無統計學意義（P≥0.05）。無研究報道治療期間不良反應。
結論　現有證據顯示，黃葵膠囊可減少IgA腎病患者的尿蛋白，提高IgA腎病療效，但其安全性有待進一步研究。受納入研究的數量和質量所限，上述結論尚需今后開展更多高質量的相關研究加以驗證。
