四川省本科護生實習評價方法的現狀調查與分析_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　調查和評價四川省本科護生實習評價方法的現狀，為指導臨床帶習教師選擇更科學、有效的本科護生實習評價方法提供依據。
方法　采用自行設計的“本科護生實習評價方法調查問卷”對四川省4家教學醫院158名本科護生臨床實習帶習教師進行面對面調查。
結果　在參考其他護理人員意見方面，實際采用者比例和認為有必要采用者之間差異無統計學意義（P gt;0.05）；在參考學生自我評價和病人意見方面，實際采用者比例低于認為有必要采用者，兩者差異有統計學意義（P lt;0.01）。絕大部分臨床帶習教師選擇病室和真實病人進行考核，少數教師選擇示教室和模型人進行考核。臨床帶習教師認為評價本科護生最有效的方法依次是觀察法、整體護理考核法和考試法，而其最常的用評價方法依次是操作考試法、觀察法和理論考試法。大部分臨床帶習教師是采用連續評估法對本科護生進行實習評價。
結論　四川本科護生實習評價方法各異，且與理想狀態之間存在一定差異，影響評價結果的準確性、客觀性和公平性。建立病人對本科護生實習情況評價表和學生自評表，建立臨床技能標準考站，培訓標準化模擬病人和臨床帶習教師評價技能，規范標準化考試內容、評價標準及方法，根據評價目的和內容選用多種方法綜合評價，可望提高本科護生實習評價的規范性、科學性和公平性。
