目的探討可吸引電凝棒在腹腔鏡肝切除術中的應用價值。方法回顧性分析 2017 年 1–7 月期間桂林醫學院第二附屬醫院收治且采用可吸引電凝棒行完全腹腔鏡下肝（段或葉）切除手術的 10 例原發性肝癌患者的臨床資料。結果 10 例患者均順利完成腹腔鏡肝切除手術，無中轉開腹。手術時間（110±45）min，術中出血量（300±50）mL，腸蠕動恢復時間（2±1）d，住院時間（8±2）d。術后無出血、膽汁漏等發生。術后隨訪 1～5 個月、（3±2）個月，10 例患者均健在，未見腫瘤復發。結論本研究有限病例的初步研究結果提示，應用可吸引電凝棒行腹腔鏡肝切除術安全、有效及便捷，結合超聲刀進行斷肝可有效減少術中出血量。
