目的總結原發性甲狀腺淋巴瘤的臨床表現、診斷方法、治療及預后。方法回顧性分析我院2015年收治的4例原發性甲狀腺淋巴瘤的相關資料并結合國內外相關文獻進行分析。結果 4例患者術前行細針穿刺吸取細胞學檢查未能明確診斷，均診斷為橋本甲狀腺炎，術后通過免疫組織化學診斷為淋巴瘤，其中黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤及彌漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤各2例。結論原發性甲狀腺淋巴瘤的治療以綜合治療為主，術前確診率低，手術只為明確診斷及緩解癥狀，確定其組織學分型后采用相應的放化療，患者的分期、組織學分型及采用合適的治療方式與預后都是相關的。
