目的探討3D補片免固定技術在腹腔鏡完全腹膜外腹股溝疝修補術中的安全性及療效。方法回顧性分析筆者所在醫院2011年1月至2013年6月期間施行的96例腹腔鏡完全腹膜外腹股溝疝修補術患者的臨床資料，所有患者術中均采用3D補片免固定技術。結果 96例患者均成功在全麻下應用3D補片免固定技術行腹腔鏡完全腹膜外腹股溝疝修補術，無中轉開放手術病例。手術時間31～58 min、（37.6±4.3）min；術中出血5～25 mL、（10.9±2.7）mL；住院時間3～8 d、（4.0±0.3）d。術后均未出現神經血管損傷、陰囊血清腫、腹股溝區疼痛不適及異物感等并發癥。術后96例患者全部獲訪，隨訪時間均為1年。隨訪期間所有患者均未復發，均未發生補片感染、慢性疼痛、局部異物感等并發癥。結論在腹腔鏡下完全腹膜外腹股溝疝修補術中采用3D補片免固定技術安全可靠，近期療效滿意，具有操作簡便、避免了腹股溝區血管神經副損傷等優點。
