目的總結多束法縫合結合術后早期半弧主動屈伸治療手指Ⅱ區屈肌腱損傷的臨床療效。方法 2008年3月－2014年9月，對87例（189指）手指Ⅱ區屈肌腱損傷患者采用多束法縫合修復屈肌腱，術后早期行半弧主動屈伸練習。其中男58例，女29例；年齡21～69歲，平均43歲。致傷原因：銳器切割傷34例，電鋸傷47例，機器擠壓傷6例。損傷指別：示指64指，中指75指，環指45指，小指5指。受傷至手術時間1～6 h，平均4.5 h。使用Strickland-Glogovac標準評價術后手指功能恢復。結果術后患者傷口均Ⅰ期愈合，無感染發生。87例均獲隨訪，隨訪時間6～14個月，平均9個月。末次隨訪時功能評價獲優143指，良29指，可15指，差2指，優良率91%。1例出現屈肌腱再斷裂。結論多束法縫合肌腱結合術后早期半弧主動屈伸是一種治療手指Ⅱ區屈肌腱損傷安全且有效的方法。
