目的總結2例陳舊性肘關節恐怖三聯征的手術方法及療效。方法 2012年8月及2013年10月共收治2例陳舊性肘關節恐怖三聯征，男女各1例，年齡分別為46歲及47歲，病程2個月及8個月。其中1例采用肘后側入路，復位肘關節，同時復位橈骨頭和冠突骨折并內固定，修復損傷側副韌帶；1例采用外側切口復位肘關節，同時復位固定肱骨小頭骨折，并作內側切口復位固定尺骨冠突骨折。術后均行肘關節功能鍛煉。結果 2例均于術后4個月骨折愈合，分別獲隨訪15個月及10個月。肘關節功能均恢復良好，Mayo肘關節功能評分分別為78分和85分，評定為良。結論對于陳舊性肘關節恐怖三聯征，通過手術復位肘關節，盡量解剖復位內固定骨折，修復損傷側副韌帶，術后積極功能鍛煉，肘關節功能均可改善。
