通過檢索并篩選中國知網、維普、萬方、Medline、SCI 等數據庫中關于護理人員工作場所暴力的相關文獻，總結并介紹護理人員工作場所暴力研究現狀，護理人員工作場所暴力高發科室的特點，導致暴力發生的高危因素，以及針對暴力高危因素，醫院對患者就醫環境、就醫流程等進行的改進；對護士進行相關工作場所暴力培訓，避免暴力的發生，提升護士應對工作場所暴力的能力。總結了工作場所暴力對護理人員造成的傷害，以及暴力預防和應對的有效措施，從而為更好地預防和處理護理人員工作場所暴力提供依據，也為進一步廣泛而深入地研究醫務人員工作場所暴力提供參考。
