目的觀察口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖對膝關節前交叉韌帶重建術后“對吻征”的臨床療效。方法 2013年1月－2015年6月收治64例單純急性前交叉韌帶斷裂MRI上合并“對吻征”的患者，行交叉韌帶重建術后隨機分為試驗組和對照組，每組各32例。試驗組術后口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖0.48 g/次，3次/d，療程3個月，停藥3個月再服1個療程；對照組不予口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖。分別于術前及術后1、3、6、12個月對患者進行隨訪，對MRI檢查結果進行骨挫傷評級，觀察其“對吻征”改善情況。結果 64例患者中62例完成術前及術后1、3、6、12個月相關數據及圖像的采集，對照組中2例因失訪，數據脫落。62例患者術前在MRI上骨挫傷的評價均為3級。兩組術后骨挫傷分級均較術前有所改善，差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）；隨著時間的推移，骨挫傷分級均較之前好轉，差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）；試驗組術后12個月骨挫傷分級低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。試驗組與對照組VAS評分隨著時間推移總體呈下降趨勢，試驗組術后各時間點均低于對照組，其中術后1、3個月VAS評分與對照組同時間比較差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論膝關節前交叉韌帶重建術后口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖能夠更好地改善“對吻征”，降低患者傷膝的疼痛，從而更加有效地防止膝骨關節炎的發生。
