目的探討理論講授與模擬老年人體驗、賞析老年相關影片等多種教學方法結合對護理本科生對老年人態度的影響。方法 2014年2月－5月選擇2011級護理專業學生，在老年護理教學中運用理論講授結合模擬老年人體驗、影片賞析進行教學，在教學前后分別發放中文版Kogan老年態度量表調查學生對老年人的態度，同時分析整理學生的實驗報告。結果學生對老年人的態度評分由培訓前的（150.64±13.74）分增加至培訓后的（163.13±13.87）分，培訓前后差異有統計學意義（P＜0.001），其中負向態度以“老年人容易讓別人感覺不舒服”、“老年人應該居住于特殊的住所”改善最為明顯（P＜0.001）；實驗報告分析78.2%的學生認為老化對老年人影響大，50.1%的學生在實驗報告中較全面認識到衰老對老年人的影響。結論理論講授與模擬老年人體驗、影片賞析等多種教學方法結合有助于改變護理本科學生對老年人的態度和認識。
