目的探討氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）所致心臟毒性反應的觀察及護理。方法對2012年3月－2013年12月住院期間使用奧沙利鉑+亞葉酸鈣+5-FU（FOLFIRI）方案或者伊立替康+亞葉酸鈣+5-FU（FOLFOX）方案的患者中，輸注5-FU時發生心臟毒性反應23例，總結其臨床表現期護理干預措施。結果 23例患者中出現胸悶心悸15例，心律失常6例，肌酸磷酸激酶增高2例。給予積極的護理干預和對癥處理等措施，23例者均得到有效控制，未發生嚴重并發癥。結論 5-FU對心臟有一定損傷，可出現不同程度的心臟毒性反應，輸注過程中需密切觀察，發現異常及時處理，并做好相應的護理，避免引起不可逆的心臟毒性反應的發生。
