目的采用熒光標記法對醫院環境衛生清潔效果進行科學評價。方法 2015年1月-2月選擇中國石油天然氣集團公司中心醫院、中國醫學科學院血液病醫院的內科、呼吸科、普外科、重癥醫學科等病區的250間病房對病床、衛生間和醫療器械的5 487個清潔接觸面作熒光標記定向環境清潔評價，并對保潔員進行培訓和現場指導，比較干預前后的清除率。結果基線調查88 間病房，2 175個接觸清潔面的清除率僅為36.28%，經過干預培訓教育后，干預后3 115個接觸清潔面清除率為64.40%，干預前后清除率差異有統計學意義（χ²=417.198，P＜0.001）。基線調查醫療器械、病床和衛生間接觸清潔面的清除率分別為42.02%、40.23%、15.90%，干預后上升為73.17%、68.99%、42.59%，差異均有統計學意義（P＜0.001）。結論熒光標記法既能直觀反映保潔員操作的質量，又能為改善病房環境清潔水平提供可靠的依據。
