隨著醫療技術信息化的發展，用計算機技術來輔助臨床問題的處理也運用得越來越多。運用計算機輔助技術對傷口護理領域中有關傷口形狀、色彩、邊界的測量及愈合預測的問題及研究進展進行闡述，同時提出基于偏微分的傷口三維模型建立和基于紋理合成技術對肌成纖維細胞進行模擬的傷口愈合圖像預測算法。傷口三維模型的建立和傷口愈合圖像預測算法的模擬，不僅有助于臨床傷口科研工作的進一步展開，促進醫療工作的信息化和數字化發展；還能實現預測工作，為醫護工作者提供了一種新的影像學參考資料，同時有利于患者進一步的了解自己的病情。現就基于計算機輔助技術的傷口預測研究進展作一綜述。
