目的建立實驗室糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）水平的參考范圍，并驗證其臨床效果。方法選取2013年4－5月行常規體檢的健康成年人共218人。另選取20例首次診斷為糖尿病患者。采用日本TOSOH公司HLC-723G7全自動糖化血紅蛋白分析儀測量HbA1c水平，驗證參考范圍的臨床效果。結果 HbA1c的分布呈正態分布，其均數為5.44%，標準差為0.34%，＞35歲組HbA1c明顯高于≤35歲組，差異有統計學意義（t=-3.952，P＜0.05）。兩組參考范圍分別是4.82%～6.24%和4.81%～5.90%。結論年齡是是影響HbA1c的重要生理因素，應根據不同年齡建立HbA1c的參考范圍。
