目的觀察英夫利昔單抗治療難治性潰瘍性結腸炎的療效。方法將2010年2月－2012年5月收治的70例難治性潰瘍性結腸炎患者隨機分為治療組和對照組，每組各35例。兩組均給予常規治療（復方谷氨酰胺、雙歧桿菌三聯活菌、潑尼松等），治療組在常規治療的基礎上給予英夫利昔單抗5 mg/（kg·d）加入生理鹽水100 mL于2 h內滴完，于治療起始、第2周、第6周應用，隨后每隔8周給予相同劑量以維持緩解，療程為1年；對照組在常規治療的基礎上給予硫唑嘌呤1.5～2.0 mg/（kg·d）、1次/d口服治療。結果治療組總有效率94.2%，對照組總有效率62.8%，差異有統計學意義（χ²=10.267，P=0.001）。兩組均未出現明顯不良反應。結論英夫利昔單抗治療難治性潰瘍性結腸炎具有較好的療效，無明顯不良反應。
