目的探討心源性腦栓塞的護理措施及要點。方法對2013年6月－2014年3月急診入院的74例心源性腦栓塞患者，采取嚴密監測、對癥護理、側重重點、分步處置的護理對策。對神經系統早期以處置意識障礙、預防神經系統癥狀加重為主；中期以避免并發呼吸系統、泌尿系統、皮膚系統并發癥的護理及心理護理為主；后期以飲食和功能康復訓練為主；其心臟護理貫穿于整個護理過程中。結果 74例患者在救治基礎上均得到精心周全的護理，康復或好轉后直接出院57例（其中出院擇期等待心臟手術25例），安全轉科治療心臟原發病7例，死亡10例，平均住院13.7 d。結論心源性腦栓塞護理涉及心腦兩方面，問題交織復雜。護理目標和護理措施要掌握規律性，即對心血管的護理要貫穿始終，以心力衰竭糾正與否來確定護理重點；而對神經性的護理則應注意階段性和掌握側重點。
