目的觀察Ramsay Hunt綜合征出現中樞神經系統感染的發病率、治療方法及預后。方法回顧性分析2011年2月－2014年1月連續收治的13例Ramsay Hunt綜合征患者的臨床資料。結果 13例患者中出現中樞神經系統感染3例，占23%，經治療13例均有好轉。結論 Ramsay Hunt綜合征應早期完善腦脊液、頭顱MRI等檢查以明確是否存在中樞神經系統感染，尤其針對無中樞神經系統感染臨床癥狀患者，避免漏診，早期給予足量阿昔洛韋及糖皮質激素、神經營養藥物等綜合治療，預后良好。
