        • Research on blood viscoelasticity detection based on electrowetting technology

          Parameters related to coagulation function are key clinical biomarker reflecting the coagulation status of the human blood system. The disorder of coagulation function could lead to multiple diseases such as hemophilia and ischemic stroke. Blood viscoelasticity can effectively characterize the rheological variations during blood coagulation, thus enabling comprehensive assessment of coagulation function. In this paper, electrowetting technology was adopted to develop the detection approach for blood viscoelasticity. A dynamic mathematical model of the detection system was established, and the core influencing factors of the detection system were deduced. The effects of critical parameters such as driving voltage, excitation frequency and dielectric layer thickness on detection performance were investigated systematically. The results indicate that the above parameters significantly affect the operating performance of the detection system. Optimized matching of system parameters can effectively improve the stability and detection accuracy of the system. Conclusively, the electrowetting based method achieves high-precision measurement of blood viscoelasticity, which provides a novel technical scheme for coagulation detection.

        • Investigation and Analysis of Sharp Instrument Injuries in Medical Staff

          目的 了解臨床醫務人員銳器傷發生狀況及上報時間,從而有針對性地加強職業暴露防護措施。 方法 采用回顧性調查方式,對醫院2009年1月-2011年12月報告的76例銳器傷醫務人員的備案資料,如人員分類、操作環節、科室、上報時間進行統計分析。 結果 從人員構成看護理人員最多,占46.05%(35例),其次為實習同學/規范化培訓醫生,占23.68%(18例);手術、整理或清洗器械是造成醫務人員銳器傷的主要環節,分別占30.26%、26.32%;婦產科是最易發生銳器傷的科室,其發生率達25.75%,其次為急診科為25.00%,門診系統為13.79%;發生銳器傷后的上報時間24 h內、48 h、72 h、72 h以上分別占51.32%、19.74%、10.52%、18.42%。 結論 醫院應進一步完善各項規章制度及操作規范,加強醫務人員特別是新近的實習醫生及規范化培訓醫生的職業防護培訓及教育,規范銳器傷上報管理工作,對不及時上報及易發生銳器傷的主要操作環節等進行針對性培訓,以便于加強銳器傷的防護及對職業暴露者采取及時的預防控制措施。
