This consensus was developed based on extensive evidence-based medicine, combination of an improved Delphi method and expert meeting discussions, and was jointly formulated by a multidisciplinary expert team in surgery, painology, anesthesiology, and oncology, ultimately establishing 14 recommendation statements. The content comprehensively covers the entire process of perioperative pain management for lung cancer, aiming to standardize clinical pain management pathways, improve the quality of postoperative recovery, and enhance long-term prognosis. This consensus provides comprehensive and systematic guidance for perioperative pain management in lung cancer, offering significant support for improving patients’ postoperative quality of life and promoting rapid recovery.
