針對醫院節能工作現狀，應用精細化管理的相關理論及方法，結合四川大學華西醫院能源管理實踐，從精細化管理的關注精細、立足專業、科學量化3個方面，提出醫院能源管理實踐應注重設計、運行、技術改造的全過程管理，堅持全員參與，注重專業技術人員的引進與培養，并建立節能效果科學評估機制等具體措施，結合醫院節能效果，論述了醫院節能工作的重點和方法。
