系統評價納入標準的制定對系統評價質量和結果的可靠性具有重要意義，而目前中文期刊發表的基于隨機對照試驗的系統評價中，由于納入標準對隨機試驗的界定存在差異，可能導致不完全或不公平的納入，再加之國內隨機試驗的質量相對較差，從而產生偏倚的可能。本研究通過抽樣分析國內系統評價納入標準對隨機試驗界定和實際納入隨機試驗類型的現狀，找出存在的問題并尋求解決的辦法。
