目的　評價2011年國內中文期刊發表的中國臨床實踐指南的質量。
方法　計算機檢索WanFang Data、VIP、CNKI和CBM四個中文期刊數據庫，檢索時限為2011年1月至2011年12月，運用AGREEⅡ工具對納入指南進行質量評價。
結果　共納入2011年發表的指南75篇。其中10篇（13%）聲明了利益沖突，10篇（13%）提及循證制定；5篇（7%）進行了證據分級，8篇（11%）對推薦意見進行了分級，4篇（5%）同時對證據和推薦意見進行了分級。AGREEⅡ六個領域的得分分別為：范圍和目的18%，參與人員11%，制定的嚴謹性8%，表達的明晰性34%，應用性5%，編輯獨立性14%。
結論　2011年發表的臨床實踐指南質量較之前發表的指南有所提高，部分指南在方法學方面逐步規范化。
