加拿大醫院報告項目的循證研究及對我國的啟示_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的　總結和分析加拿大醫院報告項目的經驗和做法，包括報告內容、指標體系、結果應用等，為促進我國醫院信息報告，加強醫院監管提供依據。
方法　計算機檢索加拿大衛生行業官方網站和數據庫，納入加拿大醫院報告相關制度、文件、研究報告、數據報告等文獻。
結果　加拿大衛生信息所開展的醫院報告項目對于收集、比較醫院信息、規范醫療服務具有很好的效果。其中安大略省基于國家報告項目所制定的安大略省醫院報告制度，是地方衛生部門加強醫院監管的較好典范。
結論　加拿大醫院報告項目和安大略省醫院報告項目對我們的啟示包括：實施同類醫院比較，保障數據的可比性，設定全面、科學的報告內容和指標，注重績效考核對醫療機構的自我評估和自我改進的功能。
