本文闡述了臨床路徑的概念、意義和作用，以及臨床路徑在國內外發展的幾個階段以及實施效果，認為臨床路徑在國外的發展已趨于成熟，而在國內雖然成效初顯，但仍存在諸多問題，需要與單病種付費制度配套實施。
