澳大利亞醫療衛生績效評價體系的循證研究及對我國的啟示_《中國循證醫學雜志》

目的總結和分析澳大利亞醫療衛生績效評價體系和各地方衛生署績效信息報告的經驗和做法，提出建立我國客觀、科學、有效的醫療衛生績效評價體系的相關建議，加強我國衛生行政管理部門對醫療服務機構的監管，提高衛生系統管理效率。
方法檢索澳大利亞官方網站和國內外數據庫，納入澳大利亞衛生系統、醫療機構和管理體系績效評價相關的報告和電子文獻。
結果澳大利亞典型醫療衛生績效評價體系包括國家醫療績效框架、國家衛生服務協議及政府服務提供的醫療衛生績效評價3個部分。
結論澳大利亞對我國醫療衛生績效評價的啟示為：① 將績效評價作為衛生系統管理和改革的優先選用工具；② 強調質量安全和衛生公平的績效指標；③ 設置科學靈活的指標納入標準；④ 公開報告與比較績效信息。
