目的　應用循證醫學方法為吸煙者患種植體周圍炎提供最佳治療方案。
方法　針對1例吸煙者患種植體周圍炎的臨床問題，以吸煙、種植體周圍炎、種植體周骨喪失等為主題詞，檢索Cochrane 圖書館（2009年第2期）、ACP Journal Club（1991～2009.7）、MEDLINE（1950～2009.7）、EMbase（1980～2009.7）及中國期刊全文數據庫（1994～2009.7），收集相關指南、系統評價、Meta分析及隨機對照試驗，并評價證據的質量和適用性。
結果　共納入4篇系統評價、8個隨機對照試驗。其中推薦級別為A級的證據有：① 潔治配合局部應用抗菌藥物；② 引導骨再生治療；③ 鈦刮匙機械清潔或超聲波清潔。針對本病案，結合醫院現有條件、患者及家屬意愿，采取以下治療方案：第一階段：全口超聲潔治，齦下刮治行種植體表面的機械清創，并局部輔以鹽酸米諾環素緩釋軟膏；口腔衛生宣教及戒煙教育。第二階段：引導骨再生治療。第三階段：口腔衛生及種植義齒的長期維護。隨訪6個月，患者未述不適，種植體周軟組織無腫脹，探診出血為陰性，種植體周探診深度4 mm，X線片示，種植體周無透射影。
結論　采用循證治療方法為種植體周圍炎患者制定了合理的治療方案，保證了良好的治療效果。
