目的　評價Em18抗原ELISA法對泡球蚴病的診斷價值。
方法　計算機檢索MEDLINE、EMbase、PubMed、The Cochrane Library等數據庫，手工檢索相關期刊，全面收集Em18抗原ELISA法診斷泡球蚴病的相關研究文獻，按照QUADAS標準評價納入文獻的質量，采用RevMan 4.2.10進行異質性分析和Meta分析，并用Meta-disc軟件繪制SROC曲線。
結果　最終納入8篇文獻，包括409例經金標準確認的泡球蚴病患者、1 105例非泡球蚴病患者和216例正常人。Meta分析結果顯示：3個使用純化Em18抗原的研究間未見統計學異質性（P=0.17，I2=44.5%），合并的靈敏度、特異度、陽性似然比、陰性似然比及SROC曲線下面積分別為91.5%、91.7%、11.889、0.096和0.9666；4個使用人工重組Em18抗原的研究間未見統計學異質性（P=0.39，I2=0.4%），合并的靈敏度、特異度、陽性似然比、陰性似然比及SROC曲線下面積分別為92.2%、95.7%、22.807、0.094和0.9789；使用Em18粗抗原、人工重組Em18-1抗原、人工重組Em18-2抗原的研究各一項，均顯示出較好的靈敏度和特異度；1個使用人工重組Em18-3抗原的研究顯示特異度較高（99.4%），而靈敏度較低（10.7%）。
結論　本系統評價顯示，用純化天然Em18抗原ELISA法和人工重組Em18抗原ELISA法檢測泡球蚴病具有較大臨床應用價值。
