目的探討急診內鏡下使用止血夾治療消化道機械吻合術后早期吻合口出血的療效。方法回顧性分析 2005 年 1 月至 2016 年 12 月期間在筆者所在醫院胃腸外科接受內鏡下止血的 12 例消化道機械吻合術后早期吻合口出血患者的臨床資料。結果本組 12 例患者中，10 例患者一次止血成功；2 例出現再次出血，其中 1 例再次內鏡下止血成功，1 例胃空腸吻合術后患者止血失敗、行手術治療。所有患者術后均未出現吻合口漏等嚴重并發癥。術后 11 例內鏡止血成功患者獲訪 6～28 個月，中位隨訪時間 18 個月，隨訪期間未見再次出血。結論急診內鏡下止血夾治療消化道機械吻合術后早期吻合口出血的操作簡單、安全及有效，可作為首選方法在臨床上推廣應用。
