目的總結直腸神經內分泌腫瘤（RNEN）的臨床診斷和治療方法。方法回顧性分析2009年1月至2013年12月期間南京中醫藥大學附屬醫院（江蘇省中醫院）收治的16例RNEN患者的臨床資料。結果 16例患者均順利完成手術，手術時間30～120 min，平均50 min；術中出血量10～80 mL，平均55 mL；均無手術死亡，術中均未見嚴重并發癥發生。術后住院時間10～35 d，平均17 d。手術創面均一期愈合，均順利出院。術后所有患者均獲訪，隨訪時間為2個月～5年，中位隨訪時間為20個月。隨訪期間所有患者均未見復發或轉移，無死亡病例。結論 RNEN發病隱匿，具有惡性潛能，且常無特異性臨床表現，故應加深對該病的認識，及時對就診患者進行全面檢查，做到早發現、早診斷及早治療，且治療后應對患者進行嚴密隨訪。
