目的分析乳頭肌瓣環再固定（papillary muscle repositioning，PMR）技術在二尖瓣置換術中應用的可行性。方法回顧性分析 2016 年 3 月至 2017 年 3 月，以二尖瓣病變為主并實施 PMR 技術的瓣膜置換術（均置換的機械瓣膜） 19 例患者的臨床資料，其中男 10 例、女 9 例，年齡（52.46±11.22）歲。分析其心功能改善情況及左心室形態等手術效果。結果患者圍手術期死亡 0 例；開胸止血 1 例，低心排血量綜合征（低心排）1 例，強心利尿后好轉，并順利出院。術后僅 1 例出現大量血管活性藥物的應用。心臟超聲隨訪結果顯示術后 6 個月左心室射血分數（LVEF）均較術前改善，出院前較術前降低；左心室舒張末期內徑（LVEDD）、左心室收縮末期內徑（LVESD）較術前減小，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論實施 PMR 技術的二尖瓣置換術在維持左心室乳頭肌-二尖瓣環的張力和完整性，改善左室容積、左室形態和射血分數方面效果良好。
