目的探討 2 cm 單孔胸腔鏡肺葉切除術的可行性及安全性。方法回顧性分析 2016 年 3～8 月我院胸外科行 2 cm 單孔胸腔鏡下解剖性肺葉切除術 8 例肺癌患者的臨床資料，其中男 5 例、女 3 例，年齡41～75（58.5±10.1）歲。在腋前線第 3 肋間做 2 cm 切口置入胸腔鏡及手術器械行解剖性肺葉切除術。結果 8 例均順利完成手術，無中轉開胸。手術時間（191.6±41.9）min，術中出血量（186.3±175.0）ml，術后胸腔引流時間（4.5±1.7）d，術后住院時間（5.5±1.7）d。術后病理均為 ⅠA 期非小細胞肺癌。結論 2 cm 單孔胸腔鏡下解剖性肺葉切除術治療早期肺癌安全、可行，減小了胸腔鏡手術對患者的創傷，其進一步的推廣應用需更多研究的支持。
