經股部入路應用超普網塞UPP修補股疝療效觀察_《中國修復重建外科雜志》

目的探討采用超普網塞UPP（Ultrapro Plug）經股部入路行股疝無張力修補術的療效。方法回顧分析2009年3月－2013年1月采用超普網塞UPP經股部入路行股疝無張力修補術的123例（126側）股疝患者臨床資料。男17例，女106例；年齡32～95歲，平均63.3歲。左側48例，右側72例；雙側3例。病程1個月～26年，中位時間25個月。可復性疝35例（36側），難復性疝88例（90側）。根據美國麻醉醫師協會（ASA）麻醉分級標準：Ⅰ級20例，Ⅱ級42例，Ⅲ級56例，Ⅳ級5例。記錄手術時間、術后住院時間、手術并發癥、復發和術后慢性疼痛發生情況。結果患者手術時間7～28 min，平均14.5 min；術后住院時間2～96 h，平均19.4 h，其中112例住院時間 lt; 24 h。1例術后發生切口裂開，2例發生切口脂肪液化；無其他并發癥發生。術后119例（122側）患者獲隨訪，隨訪時間4～50個月，中位時間18個月。隨訪期間股疝均無復發。其中2例（2側）發生切口慢性疼痛，疼痛視覺模擬評分（VAS）標尺評價分別為20、30 mm。結論采用超普網塞UPP經股部入路行股疝無張力修補術具有手術操作簡便、手術時間短、并發癥少以及復發率、術后慢性疼痛發生率低等優點。
