Physical agent therapy is the core means of early rehabilitation and chronic disease intervention, but the clinical selection is currently not standardized. This article is based on the unique mechanisms of action of different physical agents, and systematically explores how to accurately select physical agent interventions for different systemic diseases, in order to achieve the goals of inhibiting pathological processes, enhancing drug efficacy, reducing medical costs, minimizing drug side effects, and reducing patient burden with individual or synergistic drugs. The aim is to provide practical reference for clinical workers to accurately select physical agent therapies and promote the standardization and efficiency of rehabilitation treatment.
