查閱近幾年來國內外對“卵圓孔未閉（PFO）與反常栓塞”相關性研究的資料，從定義、診斷、定量診斷及治療等方面簡述了PFO，分析了它導致反常栓塞的相關機制及其相關性。通過PFO伴卒中治療上的對比研究分析封堵治療與藥物治療的可行性。
