高血壓及其相關疾病的患病率、死亡率高，控制血壓是減少心血管事件的主要手段。目前高血壓是我國社區醫院重點管理的慢性疾病，社區慢性疾病管理被證明是控制高血壓的有效途徑，規范化社區管理，對控制高血壓有重要意義。現根據高血壓的流行狀況，闡明社區高血壓管理的重要性與必要性，總結目前國內社區高血壓管理的基本情況、現狀和趨勢。同時與國外的社區高血壓管理基本情況相比較，指出國內社區高血壓管理存在的問題與可能的解決措施。
