Eight patients with macromastia were treated with spoialy designed dermis preserved crossingmammary pedicle flap. A crossed curved scar situated below the edge of the breast was left behind andwas covered by the breast ofter operation. The breast had a good appearlance, mammary mecrosisdidn t occur in any cases.
