關節鏡下治療肩袖鈣化性肌腱炎的近期療效_《中國修復重建外科雜志》

目的總結關節鏡下治療肩袖鈣化性肌腱炎的近期療效。方法2007年7月－2011年6月，采用關節鏡下徹底清除鈣化灶治療20例肩袖鈣化性肌腱炎患者。男6例，女14例；年齡38～62歲，平均48.2歲。肩關節疼痛3～12個月，平均6.8個月；肩關節功能均嚴重受限。鈣化灶位于肩袖表面6例，岡上肌腱內8例，岡上、岡下肌腱交界處4例，岡下肌腱內2例。結果術后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，無手術相關并發癥發生。患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間6～24 個月，平均16個月。術后6個月復查X線片示鈣化灶均消失。術后患者運動或靜息時關節疼痛均較術前顯著改善，術后1、4周及6個月時關節疼痛評分、關節活動度評分以及關節功能評分與術前比較，差異均有統計學意義（P lt; 0.05）。結論關節鏡下治療肩袖鈣化性肌腱炎可徹底清除鈣化灶，恢復肩關節活動度，緩解關節疼痛，近期療效較好。
