胃癌在我國的發病率較高，由于腫瘤自身消耗、梗阻所致進食不暢、體重進行性下降、就診時間晚等因素，機體往往處于嚴重營養不良狀態，從而影響患者術后恢復及生存質量。近年來，營養支持在胃癌患者中的應用成為臨床研究的熱點之一，現回顧分析相關文獻，對營養支持在胃癌患者圍手術期的應用現狀進行綜述。
