單步經皮旋轉氣管切開術的臨床評價_《中國呼吸與危重監護雜志》

目的探討單步經皮旋轉氣管切開術的優缺點。方法對2007年1月～2008年2月長海醫院呼吸內科進行的單步經皮旋轉氣管切開術(PercuTwist組)以及同期進行的傳統氣管切
開術(傳統組)的臨床資料進行回顧性比較分析。結果 PercuTwist組16例，男12例，女4例；術前血小板最低值為15 X109 ／L；手術時間(從局部麻醉到連接呼吸機)平均為(4.3±1.1)rain；出現并發癥2例次。傳統組12例，男8例，女4例；術前血小板最低值為85 x 109 ／L；手術時間為(33.3±8.6)min；出現并發癥11例次。PercuTwist組的手術時間和并發癥發生率均顯著低于傳統組(P lt;0.001和P lt;0.01)。結論與傳統的氣管切開術比較，Percutwist具有耗時短、并發癥少等優點。
