目的　探索結直腸腫瘤多學科協作(MDT)診治模式的會診流程。
方法　通過對MDT方式的認識與探索，并與傳統會診進行對比，結合我國特大型公立醫院的特點，探討具有自身特點的MDT模式會診流程。
結果　總結分析了MDT模式會診流程的優點和傳統會診的不足，用MDT整體模式的創新思想描述了MDT會診流程的目的與特點，并簡要描述了在結直腸腫瘤MDT中會診流程的運用現狀。
結論　MDT會診流程的建立已經表現出有別于傳統的特點，并且可能是未來會診模式演變的方向，但尚需要進一步研究予以臨床支持。
