目的　研究syndecan-1在結直腸癌中的表達，探討它與腫瘤生長和預后的關系。
方法　采用免疫組織化學染色技術，檢測syndecan-1在結直腸癌及其周圍正常組織中的表達，初步分析它與結直腸癌臨床病理特征和臨床預后的關系。
結果　31例腫瘤組織切片中，syndecan-1表達陽性者僅1例（3.2%），正常組織中syndecan-1表達陽性者29例（93.5%），syndecan-1表達陽性率在兩組間的差異有統計學意義（P＜0.01）。syndecan-1主要表達在正常腸黏膜上皮，腫瘤間質中的表達呈弱陽性。
結論　syndecan-1主要表達在正常結直腸黏膜上皮，腫瘤細胞中極少表達。
