目的　了解在體外條件下不同濃度的雌二醇對不同性質的乳腺組織原代細胞增殖的影響。
方法　用膠原酶消化法獲取乳腺癌患者的各類乳腺組織原代細胞，并用MTT法檢測乳腺癌組織、癌旁組織和正常乳腺組織原代細胞在體外培養下，給予不同濃度雌二醇時細胞的生長增殖情況。
結果　雌激素在體外對雌激素受體(ER)表達陽性的乳腺癌組織及癌旁組織原代細胞有明顯的刺激生長作用；對正常乳腺組織細胞的促生長作用相對較弱，而且與腫瘤組織的ER表達情況無關。
結論　當體內的雌二醇水平≥103 pmol/L時，乳腺癌的發病風險和復發風險會顯著增加。
