內鏡保膽取石術臨床研究現狀_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　介紹內鏡保膽取石術的臨床研究現狀。
方法　復習和總結了近年來的相關文獻，對保膽的依據、保膽取石術的優勢及其適應證和禁忌證、手術方法　、當前存在的爭議等問題進行綜述。
結果　膽囊切除術后并發癥為內鏡保膽取石術提供了客觀依據，內鏡技術上的進步為保膽提供了可能。內鏡保膽取石術的爭議主要是適應證的選擇和手術操作，不恰當地選擇病例，盲目追求保膽取石將使膽囊結石的治療事與愿違。
結論　內鏡保膽取石術能夠取盡結石，保留膽囊功能，但術后結石復發有待更進一步的研究和長期隨訪。
