目的初步研究結腸切除對青紫蘭兔結腸黏膜中5-羥色胺（5-hydroxy tryptamine，5-HT）及嗜鉻粒蛋白A（chromogranin A，CgA）陽性細胞數量變化的影響。方法選取15只青紫蘭兔，切取結直腸交界上段結腸7～8 cm長(對照組)，繼續飼養2周后處死動物，取吻合口處結腸段(研究組)。免疫組化法檢測2組結腸黏膜中的5-HT陽性細胞及CgA陽性細胞，觀察其數量的變化。結果對照組與研究組結腸黏膜中的5-HT陽性細胞數分別為（10.40±2.22）個及（26.27±2.35）個，CgA陽性細胞數分別為（20.60±5.34）個及（51.51±6.13）個，差異均有統計學意義（P＜0.01）。結論結腸切除可引起兔結腸黏膜中5-HT及CgA陽性細胞數量的增多。
