目的總結胰腺實性假乳頭狀瘤的診治進展。方法分析近年來有關胰腺實性假乳頭狀瘤診治進展的文獻報道。結果胰腺實性假乳頭狀瘤是一種少見的胰腺低度惡性腫瘤，有其特殊的臨床、影像學及病理特征。手術切除是其主要的治療方法且預后良好。結論熟悉并掌握胰腺實性假乳頭狀瘤的特征有助于臨床準確診斷與治療，但對其深入認識尚需更多的病例積累與基礎研究。
