目的　研究生長激素受體(GHR)在人胃癌組織中的表達情況。
方法　采用免疫組織化學法檢測57例胃癌標本及其遠端正常組織中GHR的表達。
結果　胃癌組織中GHR表達陽性率為80.7%(46/57)，遠斷端正常組織中GHR表達陽性率為70.2%(40/57)，兩者比較差異無統計學意義(P gt;0.05)。胃癌組織中GHR的表達與腫瘤分化程度、組織學類型、性別和年齡均無關(P gt;0.05)。
結論　胃癌組織和遠端正常組織中GHR的表達基本一致。
