目的討論B型超聲定位下頸內靜脈穿刺置管的經驗。
方法回顧我中心2008年11月至2009年4月期間采用B型超聲定位行頸內靜脈置管的286例患者的臨床資料。
結果一次性穿刺成功率為99.3%（284/286），置管成功率為100%（286/286）；穿刺時間50 s~12 min，平均106.8 s；帶管時間5～64 d，平均13 d；未出現血氣胸、皮下血腫等并發癥。
結論 B型超聲定位下頸內靜脈穿刺操作簡單、方便、安全，適用于各級別醫院。在頸短肥胖，被動體位情況下，B型超聲定位下置管優勢大于傳統的盲探法及彩色多普勒超聲引導下置管法。
