原發性甲狀腺功能亢進癥合并甲狀腺癌15例臨床分析_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的探討原發性甲狀腺功能亢進癥(簡稱甲亢)合并甲狀腺癌的臨床關系及診斷與治療。
方法回顧性分析我院1998年1月至2008年12月期間手術治療的15例原發性甲亢合并甲狀腺癌的臨床資料，結合文獻進行分析。
結果本組15例均順利恢復出院,原發性甲亢合并甲狀腺癌發病率為2.56%(15/585),5例發生甲狀腺結節; 15例均施行了手術治療,術后均無手術并發癥發生; 均獲得隨訪,隨訪時間為9個月～10年,平均5.5年,均未發現甲亢或甲狀腺癌復發或轉移病例。
結論原發性甲亢合并甲狀腺癌術前診斷困難,多數靠術后病理診斷,合理的手術治療效果較好,預后良好。
